The City of Toronto Building Department Committee of Adjustments and Preliminary Process Review all have been operating at beyond “Full Capacity”. What does this really mean? Delays, delays, delays.  Our average project with APR, C.O.A. and permit is a full 8 months.  Every builder in the city is experiencing the pain of these delays.  So if you have been thinking about doing an addition, you better stop thinking and get moving.
